These terms apply to transport services provided by Atlas Guard Logistics LLC ("we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, USA, and to use of atlasguardlogistics.com.
A booking is confirmed only when we send written confirmation of date, time, route and fare. We may decline a request if we cannot provide the service safely or on time.
The fare confirmed in writing is the fare charged, unless the route, waiting time or passenger numbers change. Organizations may be invoiced under agreed terms; other customers pay by card or another agreed method. Prices are quoted in the currency stated on the confirmation.
Passengers must provide accurate pickup details and be reachable at the time of pickup, comply with reasonable driver instructions and local law, and not carry prohibited or illegal items. We may end a trip if safety is at risk.
For airport arrivals we monitor flights and adjust pickup times. For other trips, extended waiting time beyond the free period stated in the confirmation may be charged.
We take reasonable care in providing services. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for delays caused by events outside our control, such as weather, traffic, security restrictions or flight changes. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have under local law.
